The submission of an application form does not guarantee the allotment of a petrol pump dealership. It is subject to verification and availability.
7. APPLICATION FEES
Any fees paid during the application process are for processing and administrative purposes.
8. REFUND POLICY
Application fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer or in case of technical double-payments.
9. DOCUMENT SUBMISSION
You agree to upload valid, authentic, and legible copies of documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Land Documents). Submission of fake documents will lead to immediate rejection.
10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

11. SYSTEMATIC RETRIEVAL
Systematic retrieval of data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us is prohibited.

The user account created on this portal is non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose details are verified.
37. FALSE CLAIMS
Any user found making false claims about guaranteed allotment in exchange for bribes or side-payments will be reported to legal authorities.

39. ADVERTISEMENT POLICY
